Multi-task your 12" Dutch Oven with a few accessories.
Put the coals inside and grill a couple steaks, fry some trout or for breakfast fry some bacon & eggs.
I found these things you'll need on Amazon.com, click on them for the links.
12" Weber sear grate
8" Lodge Meat rack / Trivet
Foil liners, or line with regular foil.
Line the Dutch Oven and put the trivet on the bottom, add your hot coals and put the sear grate on top. If your lid has legs like my Camp Chef you can put it upside down on the grate for a frying pan and there will be abour 3/4" space for air to avoid smothering the briquettes. If it doesn't have legs, use 3 rocks to keep your lid spaced above the grate or use a small frying pan.
